Arak Petrochemical Company (ARPC) is established as a main
company in the region for the production of various Petrochemical
Products such as Plastics, Synthetic Rubber and other Chemicals to
serve Domestic as well as International markets.
Arak Petrochemical Company is
running as a holding Company and presently consisting of a vast
complex with 18 different production plants including Utilities,
Off-Site, Common Facilities and Central Laboratory with a total
annual production capacity of 1,500,000 tons / year.
Arak Petrochemical Company is
the main shareholder of Petrochemiran Company which is the producer
of main Poly Propylene Plants in the Southern part of Iran with a
gross capacity of 300,000 tons / year (Commissioning Phase).
Arak Petrochemical Company is
the Owner of Ardabil Petrochemical Company which is presently being
constructed in the Northern part of Iran to produce 1,200,000 tons
of Urea & Ammonia.
Arak Petrochemical Company also
invested in Bakhtar Petrochemical Company in the Western part of
Iran which is consisting of 10 different Polyethylene inclusive of 2
large Olefin Plants to produce more than 3,000,000 tons Ethylene &
Polyethylene and Chemicals per year.
Arak Petrochemical Company
invested in Lavan Petrochemical Company which is now under
construction in the Southern part of Iran and will produce 1,500,000
tons of Urea & Ammonia per year.
The latter three mentioned
Petrochemical Companies will come into service in the next four
years and the total production of Arak Petrochemical Company
will increase to 3,400,000 tons / year.
Arak Petrochemical Company is
holding the ISO 9001 version 2000; ISO 14001 version 2004; OHSAS 18001
version 1999 Certificates.

technologies in order to meet the international acceptable
application grades and purities both for POLYMERS and CHEMICAL
